Storage Location

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. Data is stored in secure data centers with industry-standard security measures.

Security Measures

  • Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
  • Authentication: JWT-based authentication with secure token management
  • Row-Level Security (RLS): Database-level security ensures users can only access their own data
  • Signed URLs: Media files (PODs, avatars) are accessed via time-limited signed URLs
  • Password Security: Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
  • Regular Updates: We keep our systems updated with the latest security patches

Data Retention

  • Free Tier: POD media is retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted
  • Pro Tier: All data is retained permanently unless you delete it
  • Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time, which will permanently delete all your data
  • Backup Retention: Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 days

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate our service:

  • Supabase: Database and storage infrastructure
  • Stripe: Payment processing (if you subscribe to Pro tier)

  • Delete: You can delete individual loads, expenses, or PODs, or delete your entire account
  • Export: Pro tier users can export their data (feature coming soon)

Account Management

  • Change your password at any time through Settings
  • Update your email address (requires verification)
  • Upload or delete your profile avatar
  • Upgrade or cancel your subscription

Location Services

GPS coordinates are captured automatically when you update load status. You can disable location services in your browser settings, but this may limit some features. Location data is only used for load tracking and is never shared with third parties.
