Can I switch between Free and Pro?
Yes! You can upgrade to Pro at any time, and you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period, then your account will revert to Free tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you cancel your Pro subscription, you can export all your data before the subscription ends. Free tier users can export CSV files at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Can I change my billing period?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. If you switch from monthly to yearly, you'll get a prorated credit. If you switch from yearly to monthly, you'll be charged monthly going forward.
What payment methods do you accept?

If you exceed 5 loads in a month on the Free tier, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro. You can continue using the app, but you'll need to upgrade to add more loads.

Yes! Annual Pro subscriptions save you $60.00 per year compared to monthly billing. That's 2 months free when you pay annually.
